Avidlite Simple Diet Introduction

For the benefit of people wanting to lose weight but not wanting to read a book (New Atkins New You, for example), and who like to be told what to eat when so they do not have to think about it, and do not want to spend vast sums of money on special diet products, and do not have the time/inclination to prepare their own meals, we have produced a very simple plan, but which gives choices of flavours and some variety.

It is divided into two phases: Weight Loss Phase and Weight Control Phase. The Weight Loss phase is low carb and high protein, but includes sufficient nutrients. The Weight Control phase is for when you have reached your target weight but want to keep it there. It is not so low carb, but is still high protein with sufficient nutrients.

Before embarking on any weight loss diet you should check with your doctor. This is particularly important if you have any medical condition. If you are pregnant you should not follow any weight loss diet without the specific recommendation of your doctor/consultant.

Avidlite Simple Diet Weight Loss Phase

BREAKFAST:
Glass of water
Choice of Dietimeal MRP shake or any other of the shakes in this shop section in your choice of flavour
or Atkins DayBreak bar in choice of flavour
Tea or coffee without milk, Splenda replacing any sugar

Mid-Morning:
Tea or coffee (as above) or water

LUNCH:
Choice of Dietimeal MRP soup or any other of the soups in your choice of flavour
or Atkins Advantage bar in choice of flavour
Glass of water

Tea or coffee as above if desired.

Mid-afternoon:
Tea or coffee as above or water.

EVENING MEAL:
Nutrisaveurs low carb meal (red label) or an AvidHiPro ready meal in choice of flavours.
Glass of water.
Tea or coffee if desired.

SUPPER:
DietiSnack bar in choice of flavours.
Drink of water.

If feeling peckish at any time inbetween, have a glass of water.

BREAKFAST:
Choice of Dietimeal MRP shake or any of the other shakes in this shop section in your choice of flavour
or Atkins DayBreak bar in choice of flavour, as in Weight Loss phase.
or DietiMeal bar or any of the other bars in this section
or DietSnack bar plus multi-vitamin and mineral supplement (one a day)
or DietiSnack Muesli or any of the other cereal or porridge products in this section
Glass of Water
Tea or coffee as desired, Splenda instead of sugar

Mid-morning:
Glass of water or tea or coffee.

LUNCH:
Choice of Dietimeal MRP soup or any of the other soups in this section in choice of flavour
or Atkins Advantage bar or any other of the bars in this sections in choice of flavour, as Weight Loss Phase.
Proti-Express Ready-to-eat Cream Dessert or any of the other desserts in this sectionin choice of flavour.

Mid-afternoon:
Water, tea or coffee.

EVENING MEAL:
Choice of Nutrisaveurs red label meal or any of the other meals in this Meals section as Weight Loss Phase
or Nutrisaveurs blue/green label meal for Weight control in choice of flavours.
or prepare your own meal with fish/meat/poultry/eggs/cheese plus
vegetables or salad.
Dessert: small bowl of berry fruits (strawberries, raspberries, etc) or
Proti-Express Dessert or any of the other desserts in this section as above.
Glass of water.
Tea or coffee as desired.

SUPPER:
DietiSnack bar or any other snack bar from Avidlite
Glass of water.

If feeling hungry inbetween: glass of water, handful of unsalted nuts.
